Sentinel Literary Quarterly Short Story Competition

The vision of the Sentinel Poetry Movement is to build the world’s premier community of writers and artists from all backgrounds, nationalities, race, religion, gender, age, sexuality, political or ideological affiliation. Their Quarterly Short Story Competition 2012 has a closing date of 5th April. It is for stories in the English Language up to 1,500 words long on any theme.  Short stories may be on any subject or style and must not have been previously published or posted on a website or blog. First prize is £150.00, Second: £75.00, Third: £50.00 and Highly Commended: £10 x 3. The three winning short stories and three highly commended short stories will receive first publication in Sentinel Champions magazine in print and eBook in November 2012.
