Ayo Dele Ayeni

 

Project participant in Nigeria

 

AYO DELE AYENI literally means 'Joy Has Come To Ayeni's House'. 

 

He was born in Kano State in the year 1974. He discovered his literary talent before age fourteen when he wrote his first novel, Midnight Corpse; He has since written a play, Anikulapo; a collection of poems, Brooding Spirit; a collection of Nigerian legal fiction called, The Merger; he wrote and self-published Angels In flight, a short story in memory of the students of Loyola Jesuit College who lost their lives in the ill-fated Sosoliso Airline plane crash in Port Harcourt.

 

Presently he practices as a lawyer, writes and lives up to his name.
